In order to reduce the chance of a misprint, we create high-quality mockups to show our customers how their clothing will be printed with included print specifications before we take payment. However, although we are meticulous with our process, mistakes can sometimes happen.

If you receive a product that entirely differs from the mockup and print specifications that you approved, Coastal Reign will provide you with a partial refund or a reprint of the misprinted goods on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us of any misprints or errors with your order within 10 days after receiving your printed products.
