After you place your order, our designers begin creating your high-quality mockups. This process takes around 1-2 business days. Once the mockups are completed, we notify you via email to let you know that your order is ready to be approved. The email will contain an order tracking link where you can access your mockups.

If you require changes to be made to your files, you can decline the mockup directly on the website and request for changes to be made. 

If everything looks good, you can approve mockups by proceeding with payment on the website. Making a payment gives us the "green light" to go ahead and order and print your products.
