Turnaround time

For all other regular orders, our standard turnaround is ~10 business days. Turnaround time for specific products can be seen on the product's page. There, you can find the turnaround time and any possible rush options for the product. 

Our turnaround times do not include shipping times.

If you would like a faster turnaround time you can add the appropriate Rush Fee. You can select the rush options during your checkout process or contact us with your specific dates!

Shipping

For both types of orders, we have options for rush services that allow you to receive your order in as fast as one business day - with additional fees.

If you choose to have your order shipped rather than picked up, please take into consideration that it will take additional days for you to receive your order. At checkout, you have the option to choose shipping options. Here are some approximate shipping estimates for delivery to Canada and the USA using standard ground shipping: 

• Canada (1-2 business days)

• USA (1-5 business days)
