When an order is placed through our website, payment is not collected right away.
Payments are collected when you approve high-quality mockups crafted by our designers.
Once your order is placed online, a representative checks with our blank garment suppliers to make sure that there is enough stocking. If there is sufficient stocking, we proceed with the mock-up creation process. However, since our suppliers do not allow us to reserve stocking, there could be a situation where the stock is depleted between the time window from when the mock-up is sent to you for approval to when you approve your mock-up. This can result in your product being out of stock after you approve your mock-up.
Although this is rare, there are two options that we can do moving forward if it does happen:
- Switch to an alternative product and refund/charge your card as necessary.
- Refund your order completely.
