Enter your contact, shipping, and billing information for your order. After your order has been submitted, a representative will review your order and contact you if we need clarification.

Note: Payment will be taken after mockup approval (Step 4).

Once our designers have drafted your mockup, we will send you an email with a link to view the proof. You can request changes to be made or proceed by completing payment to approve your mockup.

To proceed with payment, please make sure you have reviewed your mockup first. The payment can then be completed by clicking the green Pay for Order and Approve Mockups button on your order page. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information to process the payment. If you would like to pay with another method such as Interac E-Transfer (over $1000) or cheque, please reply to your mockup approval email to let us know your method of payment and that you have approved your order mock-ups and agreed to our terms.

After production is completed (turnaround based on your order timeline), we will ship your order to your location. Basic delivery options are offered free of charge for orders being shipped to Canada or the United States. Rush orders and expedited shipping can be applied at checkout.
